Attorney Seher Nisa Kayan was born in Istanbul and graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law with the distinction of “Honour Student”. In order to further strengthen her academic background, she pursued postgraduate studies in Maritime Commercial Law at Piri Reis University and successfully completed the coursework stage with a GPA of 3.67.
Following the completion of her legal internship, she obtained her attorney’s licence and has since been actively continuing her professional career as an attorney at law. Throughout both her undergraduate and postgraduate education, Attorney Kayan received comprehensive legal training in Maritime Law, Health Law, Consumer Law and Commercial Law, developing a strong theoretical and practical foundation in these fields.
Attorney Seher Nisa Kayan has also developed particular expertise in Health Law, with a focus on medical malpractice, patient rights, healthcare related disputes and legal matters arising from medical treatment processes.
