1.2 – CLIENT (BUYER)

2. SUBJECT AND SCOPE
This agreement governs the provision of legal services by Oran Partners Law Firm to clients who engage our services via the website. The services primarily focus on legal consultation and representation in medical malpractice cases in Turkey. This agreement is governed by Turkish law, including the Turkish Commercial Code and the Code of Obligations.
3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES AND FEES

7. TERMINATION
Oran Partners reserves the right to terminate this agreement if the client fails to fulfill their obligations, including payment. All payments made are non-refundable.
8. FORCE MAJEURE
Oran Partners shall not be liable for any delays or failure in providing services due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, war, strikes, or changes in law.
9. CONFIDENTIALITY
All information exchanged during the course of providing services will be kept confidential, except as required by law. This obligation of confidentiality continues even after the termination of the agreement.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
11. APPLICABLE LAW
This agreement is governed by the laws of Turkey.
12. FINAL PROVISIONS
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Oran Partners Law Firm and the client regarding the services provided. Any changes to this agreement must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
